Week 16

So here we are at 16 weeks and I thought the sickness and tiredness would be over by now... WELL IT'S NOT!! This little bean is giving me a run for my money, which scares the heck out of me for what this bean will be like once in the world! So I'm sick & tired most of the time, the headaches have started and I never really get headaches. I guess what a girl to do but suck it up and live with it! Although I do hope it goes away soon so I can be somewhat normal again, and I am sure the boys and Rodney are getting really tired of me lying around all the time!

I suppose you could say that my belly has "poped" alittle bit. Kind of nice not to feel and look so frumpy and actually look like I am pregnant! Rodney took this picture on Easter Sunday, I must of been sticking it out alittle bit, I don't think my belly has "poped" that much, I am wearing the same shirt today and my belly isn't sticking out that much.....

Next doctors appointment is next Tuesday, April 1st- April Fools Day, I can't remember what happens at this appointment, I dont think too much, maybe the triple screen which I think they call it something different now a days!

So I asked Rodney lastnight if we should find out the gender, of course he says heck yeah, but honestly I don't think I really want to know! I mean this whole thing has been one big surprise so why not make the entire thing a surprise. He said he would like to know, but that makes me nervous that he will spill the beans to me or to someone else... so I don't know, we have a few weeks left to decide. It would be nice to know just because we could do alot of garage saleing this summer and get alot of baby stuff, especially since we sold EVERYTHING we had that was baby related!! Then again we didn't find out with the boys, so maybe something different this time would be fun, I honestly don't know!

I will leave it at that, pray that I start feeling good soon and I can get off my big ole butt and get some spring cleaning done!!

Coloring eggs is always a delight when you have 2 messy boys who aren't affraid to get dirty or messy! LOL But it was fun and Brady decided that he now likes hard boiled eggs, just not with salt on it! Bailey on the other hand can do without them and the ever growing braatz bean loves them and could eat them one after the other, good thing I know the limit! LOL

Doesn't Bailey look thrilled to be standing next to the Easter bunny, well he wasn't! Brady on the other hand didn't like him and refused to get his picture taken with the bunny when we first arrived and got our number. But once we found our prize and headed back to leave, he decided he liked the bunny and wanted his picture taken with him and he even hugged him goodbye!

Week 15

Can you believe I am already 15 weeks along? I thought this pregnancy would drag but so far it has gone by pretty fast considering how I have been so sick and tired! I know I have a long ways to go, but so far it is cruisin' right along! As far as being sick, it comes and goes, it is not all the time like it was, but off and on. I can handle that to a point, but still wish it would go away all together! Otherwise I am just waiting to "pop" so to speak! I am at the stage where I just look "thick" and not pregnant, I am sure I will "pop" soon enough then I will be sick of the big belly so whenever is fine with me! So far I am in my jeans with the help of the Bella Band - what a wonderful thing they created, much more comfortable than the rubber bands! LOL Other than that I don't feel too bad, maybe once it warms up and we can get outside my energy level will increase, but then again it will have too seeing how we have 2 very active boys awaiting the spring/summer air!!!

I do have to say that it is fun to see the votes for if we should find out the gender of this one! I can only imagine most of the yes votes are from my Hot Mammas - you know who you are!! We have a few weeks left until we have to decide, should we or shouldn't we????!! LOL

The weekend

Why do the weekends go by so fast? I will never understand it! Bailey had his last wrestling tournament on Saturday and he placed 3rd, which Rodney and I are always proud no matter what place he places, but Bailey on the other hand was alittle upset he didn't do better! What is a parent to do but continue to tell him that we are proud of him no matter what as long as he tries his hardest! Here are a few pictures of him from the tournament.

WEEK 13

So here we are at week 13 today as a matter of fact, finally feeling like somewhat of a human again! It has been a rough road these past several weeks, which felt like forever. Sick morning, noon and night, some say that the different symptons means it is a girl, that is funny because I was sick with Brady too, just not as bad, so does that mean another spit fire like Brady... only worse?? YIKES! I guess whatever it is, we are blessed with being able to create such a wonderful, beautiful creature! With all that being said, Bailey and Brady are thrilled to be getting a new sibling, of course they both claim they would love a sister. Bailey's reasoning is when "she" gets older and can have friends over, he can torture them! That is Bailey for you! Bailey is convinced that he will be moving his room downstairs, I on the other hand am not so sure about that move, not yet anyway. Brady wants the new baby to sleep with him in his John Deere bed and wonders when it is going to come out and how it is going to come out! Good thing I can talk my way out of that one!

So since finding out we were pregnant I have had 2 doctor appointments and one ultrasound. Both appointments went well and the baby is doing great! The ultrasound was amazing, I had never had one that early before, so it was a beautiful experience, the little bean seems healthy and perfect! I also had an appointment yesterday and got to hear the heartbeat, which was at 160 bpm, very strong and perfect! Brady went with me and honestly was more interested in coloring his color sheets!

Anyway everyone else in the family is good, Bailey has been busy wrestling and will compete in his final tournament this Saturday in Goodhue, so we will all be there rooting him on! Brady is just Brady and busy as usual, keeping us on our toes. Rodney has been busy working and taking care of me while "ill" and tired, I knew I married him for a reason and some day he would take care of me! I should just keep telling him I don't feel good so he keeps it up, awww we'll wait until after the baby is born then he can pamper me!
