Wisconsin Dells

We decided that we were going to take Owen on his first family vacation to the Dells! We had a BLAST while there and I know the boys did too, they still talk about it! We left Wednesday morning for the Dells and came home Sunday after an overnight pit stop to Rodneys dads house. I honestly couldnt of asked for better kids the entire time. We did have to make the boys sit for 30 minutes at the pool when we got there because they were fighting before we left, but were good the rest of the time! Owen of course was the ideal baby, his schedule was way off, but was a trooper from 9am until we crashed at 9pm!! He loved everything and it was fun seeing them all have a blast!

4th of July weeeknd

I just love 4th of July, and it was even more special that it was Owens 1st! We had a blast, but as always it went by too fast! We enjoyed the company of family and friends throughout the whole weekend, it was great! On Friday we had the derby, Saturday we took the boys to the parade, then had a picnic at a friends house, then we all took a nap and headed to my dads for a BBQ and an awesome firworks show put on by my brother and Bailey. Sunday we took the kids to the fair. By Sunday night we were all whore out and in bed by 9!

I took Friday off of work and took the boys to the pedal tractor pull for kids, Bailey got 1st in his class of age 9 and Brady got a ribbon for participating! It was fun watching all the kids.

Rodney is one of the coaches for Baileys baseball team, and he thought since we painted the car orange due to left over paint from Baileys room, that he would have the kids on the team sign the car, it was pretty neat and I think the boys thought it was pretty cool!

Rodney didnt do so well in the derby, but he and the boys had fun getting the car ready. They even have plans for next year already!
